Craig Purdy

MEDIA RELEASE - 22 DECEMBER 2020

Award Winning Architect Joe Adsett and Developer Craig Purdy have lodged a Development Application (DA) with Brisbane City Council for ‘ARCILLA’ New Farm at 28 Maxwell Street , their 4th joint venture (JV) project in the boutique space they have been pioneers in for a number of years with previous projects in both New Farm and Teneriffe.

Their proposal is simply to replace the dated 9 Unit Building currently on the existing site with an up to date development comprising the same number of Apartment Residences.

‘Maxwell Street is one of the best Cul De Sac Streets in New Farm if not in Brisbane. So it makes sense to provide the appropriate Owner Occupied Solution the Market is looking for in such a premium location” Mr Purdy said

Our Design including the stunning façade and overall building form pays homage to the a joining Spanish Mission Heritage listed Home ‘Neville Court’. Mr Adsett said

The 5 Level Building will comprise 8 Residences all with 3 Ensuited Bedrooms, 2 Internal Living Spaces and 2 Car Garage Accommodation with Storage. The Top floor will be a 1 Level Penthouse comprising 4 Ensuited Bedrooms Multiple Living Solutions and 4 Car Garage Accommodation.
